We are committed to safeguarding. Foxes Academy will ensure that it maintains the highest standards possible to meet its social, moral and legal responsibilities to protect and safeguard the welfare of all.
Foxes Academy takes its role in safeguarding, the protection of young adults and promotion of their welfare seriously and considers this a responsibility of all staff. We have a safeguarding team, and all staff receive regular training in this area.
As technology evolves with the use of smart phones and tablets becoming a part of everyday life, we are working hard to ensure our learners can use these devices safely to enhance their skills. We also have a ‘Safe Haven’ programme which helps our learners remain safe in the community when they are out and about learning to be independent. They always know which shops or organisations to call in to if they need help in any way.
